Terms & Conditions

This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for participation in coaching programs for individuals or groups, provided by the Coach (referred to as "we," "our," or "the Provider"). By enrolling in or attending any coaching program, the participant (referred to as "you," "your," or "the Participant") acknowledges and agrees to these terms.

The Provider endeavors to deliver the coaching program with professionalism and in accordance with applicable laws. Participants understand that coaching is a facilitative process aimed at fostering personal or professional growth but does not guarantee specific outcomes or results. Participants shall actively engage in sessions, complete required tasks, and take responsibility for their own decisions and actions arising from the coaching process.

Payment of program fees signifies your commitment to the program. Fees are due in full prior to the start date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fees are non-refundable once the program has commenced, except in circumstances of cancellation by the Provider.

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any personal information or matters shared during sessions. Neither the Provider nor the Participant may record or distribute session content without prior written consent. Intellectual property, including all program materials, remains the exclusive property of the Provider and may not be reproduced or used without explicit authorization.

Participants agree to uphold respectful and professional behavior throughout the program. The Provider reserves the right to terminate a participant’s involvement for misconduct or failure to adhere to agreed-upon responsibilities, without refund of fees. In the case of cancellation or rescheduling of sessions, the Provider will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes with sufficient notice.

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the location of the Provider’s principal place of business.

By engaging with the coaching program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
