About Sayori
Sayori Banerjee is the creator of the Holistic Communication Initiative, which helps people make lasting heart-to-heart connections without having to resort to manipulative language or persuasion skills, and the Holistic Growth Initiative for Women, which helps women develop leadership, high-performance, and entrepreneurial skills. She is the author of the best-selling book ‘Winning Without Words: Connecting from the Whole Being’, a book that redefines the ways to make authentic, long-lasting, heart-to-heart connections.​

Sayori Banerjee is a passionate advocate for compassionate communication and authentic leadership. Her book ‘Winning Without Words’ shatters myths about communication skills and provides a blueprint for creating real heart-to-heart connections. Having started her career under the tutelage of the late R.K. Krishnakumar, former MD of Tata Sons’ firms, Sayori had an early exposure to communication that builds lasting connections and authentic leadership that strives to make leaders of others by helping them grow their potential.​

She worked with several multinationals in India and abroad and is now associated with a school in New Delhi, where she makes use of her communication skills to build community bonds. Sayori combines insights from her experience and research in the fields of psychology, sociology, and organizational behavior to create her perspectives on communication skills and leadership skills and to create impactful training initiatives to support women who dream of a better tomorrow.​​

She is the recipient of the ‘Rabindra Ratna Puraskar’, the ‘Top 30 Inspiring Women’ award by the Diva Planet magazine, ‘Women Leader Award in Skill Development’ by Ek Nari.com, and the ‘Nari Shakti’ Award for her contribution to women empowerment. She was also featured in the Iconic Alphhas Magazine, Dubai, in their International Women’s Day 2025 special edition dedicated to ‘extraordinary women redefining leadership, resilience and innovation’.
